Our intermediate pole classes are perfect for people who are confident in their inverted crucifix and are ready to learn more inverted moves. You'll not only learn moves such as leg hangs, but also challenging upright shapes and combos.
Our experienced instructors will guide you through warm-ups, strength training, and simple routines designed to help you feel comfortable and confident on the pole.
This is a great class to attend to become super confident in your fundamental moves like butterflies, leg hangs and shoulder dismounts.

We'll make sure your body is ready for the class ahead and you avoid injury by taking you through specific movements and exercises.
You'll learn spins such as juliette and wine glass as well as work on linking them together.
You'll learn pole dance movements and transitions so that you can seamlessly flow between things you've learnt.
As well as dancing, you'll work on pole tricks like butterflies, jamillas and teddies to grow your strength and confidence.
At the end of each class you’ll have time to recap what you’ve learnt in the lesson and take photos/videos so you can track your progress.
We'll take you through a gentle cool down to bring your heart rate back to rest, stretch your muscles and avoid injury.
