We’re on the first floor, 77 - 79 high street, Watford, WD17 2DJ. There’s a large door that you may need to push quite hard to get in. If not, there’s a bell you can ring to let us know you’re there. Please note that there is unfortunately no lift in the building.
The closest parking is Church Street car park, about 2 minutes walk. The closest station is Watford High Street, about a 6 minute walk from the studio.
Please arrive 5 minutes before your class starts so you can change and be ready for the warm up on time.
We suggest you wear shorts and a sports bra or vest or t-shirt. Please avoid moisturising the day of your class, as this will make the poles slippery and you’ll find it harder to grip the pole.
We teach beginner, improver, intermediate and advanced pole classes. We also have dedicated spin pole classes, flexibility and stretching classes and conditioning classes. We also have a smaller separate studio on site available for pole hire. You can find out more here.
We suggest bringing a bottle of water with you, and a small towel, like you would for the gym. Some students also use grip aids, similar to liquid chalk, to help grip the pole better. You can explore different grip aids here.
Unlike other studios, we have a maximum of one to a pole in classes, meaning there are only 7 students in each pole class. This means we can provide you with better quality teaching and offer you dedicated support and help, and everyone in the class gets the attention they deserve from the instructor.
All you need to do is visit our bookings page and create a TeamUp account. Then you can see the schedule and book your classes through TeamUp.
We have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy, meaning that if you cancel within that time frame then you can’t transfer your credit and you’ll not receive a refund for the class.
If you need to cancel your class, you can do so by unregistering from the session on TeamUp. If it’s more than 24 hours before the class you can transfer the credit to a different class. Also if you miss the warm up for a class you may be turned away with no refund.
No. Absolutely not. By doing classes you will build up strength, stamina and flexibility. You do not have to be super fit to start pole.

You must be 18+ to take classes at Inhale Pole Dance Studio.
We have a beautiful changing room where you can keep your belongings during class and get changed in.
That’s absolutely fine and completely normal! Everyone gets nervous when they try new things! Everyone in the room was once in your position and remembers what it’s like to feel nervous. We’re a really friendly studio, and the instructors and students are really lovely and supportive. We want you to be as comfortable as possible, so instructors will always be able to give you options to work on. And it’s completely normal to not get everything for the first time in pole. Sometimes it takes months or even years of hard work to achieve new tricks or spins, but it’s so worth it!
