I previously did pole fitness 8+ years ago for a very short period when I was slimmer but after gaining a lot of weight I lost the confidence and stopped. I then had the experience of being turned away from a few places due to my weight. When I found Inhale Pole, I was drawn to them. I read about both Evelina and Emma and adored them immediately. I took the first step which was contacting them over the phone to enquire about private lessons - from the minute I messaged them, I felt completely comfortable. I shared my anxiety about being plus size and was reassured immediately. Evelina went out of her way to accommodate my class time and when it finally came to my first class, I immediately knew I had made the right choice. Evelina was warm, welcoming and absolutely incredible!
I haven’t had the pleasure of meeting Emma yet, but that hasn’t stopped her from encouraging and supporting me through my social media! They are two of the nicest people and I can’t speak any highly of them.
I’m so glad that I took this step, they’ve really helped me to believe that there is no such thing as “I’m too big to…” and they’ve really helped me to feel good about myself again.
If you are thinking about Pole, make Inhale the place you go! You’ll be glad for it!

Amazing clean and beautiful studio. Excellent instructors. Everyone is so lovely and welcoming and I absolutely love that I don't have to share a pole with someone. It's so much better value for money than studios that share poles and have bigger group classes. Moves are explained thoroughly and help and support is given throughout classe

Having recently started my pole journey I can’t recommend inhale highly enough - there isn’t a better environment to thrive and feel confident in. From the content to the teaching style - you will feel like you’ve achieved things you never thought you could. I’d recommend to everyone, whether just starting out or experienced, you won’t find a more positive atmosphere.

Highly recommend Inhale pole classes. Ive been to a few now and just did the Valentines Heels Choreo class and ive never felt sexier! Was such a good laugh and has made me feel more confident. Would 1000% recommend if you’re thinking of starting!

This studio is so lovely! I am a beginner undertaking their beginner's course at the moment, and Emma is a great teacher. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming and friendly and I highly recommend for anyone curious about starting pole or wanting to improve their skills. Memberships are reasonably priced and there's a great variety of classes catering to all abilities.
